Ehr-Dale Heights senior citizen housing opens its doors
Ehr-Dale Heights Apartments, affordable housing for senior citizens located at 1 William James Drive (formerly 93 S. Main St.) is a part of the former Ehr-Dale Farms. The two-story building consists of 33 one-bedroom apartments for senior citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled persons. Seniors are now able to enjoy quality housing that is fully accessible, energy efficient and affordable. A community room with a fully equipped kitchen and multiple tastefully decorated meeting spaces will give the residents a sense of community for which Churchville is well known.
Developed by 3d Development Group, LLC of Amherst, NY, and managed by Providence Housing Development Corp. of Rochester, this is the first affordable housing built in the village. According to Bruce Levine, president, "the demand was strong for this housing and we thank the village for welcoming us into their community." Persons interested in rental information should call Mary Lotta at 585-293-9280.
