Mesquite smoking locks in the flavor and the moisture, the result is the juiciest turkey you've ever tasted. The mesquite wood used in their custom smoker oven is brought in from Texas. Whole turkeys average 12 lbs. and serve 10-14 people. Turkey breast is available by the pound and serves 3-4 people per pound. Traditional side dishes with a Texas twist are also available including mashed potatoes, stuffing, blazin' corn and corn bread, to name a few. Also a special side dish for the holiday season is cranberry orange jello salad which has fresh cranberries, marshmallows and pecans. Call now to order your turkey and sides. The Mogab family opened Taste of Texas Bar-B-Q Restaurant in May. The village eatery is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
