Cynthia L. Egüez - Andrew M. Gahan

Mr. and Mrs. James Gahan of Sylvan Beach, New York, formerly of Spencerport, and Mr. Fabian Egüez of Lauderhill, Florida and Mrs. Patricia León of Humble, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Andrew M. Gahan and Cynthia L. Egüez.

Andrew is a 1990 graduate of Spencerport High School and a 1998 graduate of Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana. He is a senior structural engineer with Reed Associates in Edmonds, Washington.

Cynthia is a 1994 graduate of the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Houston, Texas and a 1998 graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore, Maryland. She is an art teacher at Boyd H. Anderson High School, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.

A July 7, 2007 wedding is planned in Houston, Texas.

Cornell - Williams

Meghann and Christopher Williams celebrated their wedding with family and friends on August 11, 2007 at the Holley Falls. The couple came to western New York before Christopher's year deployment in Baghdad, Iraq, which he is currently serving as an Apache Helicopter Crew Chief with the 1st Cavalry Division from Ft. Hood, Texas.

Meghann is the daughter of Rick and Natalie Smith of Houston, Texas. Christopher is the son of Claudia Smith of Kendall and Gary Williams of Kent.

Amy O'Toole served as maid of honor. Sgt. Brian Flaherty was the best man. Colleen Flaherty, Alyssa Cornell, Ryan Williams and Jarrid Cornell completed the wedding party.

The couple honeymooned in Niagara Falls before returning to Killeen, Texas.

Sarah Connors - David Caiazza

Robert and Patricia Connors of Sweden are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah to David Caiazza, son of Vince and Mirta Caiazza of Greece.

Sarah is a graduate of Niagara University and is finishing her master's degree at SUNY Brockport. David graduated from Keuka College and earned a master's degree from SUNY Brockport. The couple both teach at Terry A. Taylor Elementary School in Spencerport, where they first met.

Their wedding is planned for July 2008.

Kathleen A. Sercu - Christopher M. Penny

Tom and Linda Sercu and Charm Sercu of Hamlin are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Kathleen A. to Christopher M. Penny, son of Gary and Kathy Penny of Hilton.

Kathleen is a 2004 graduate of Brockport High School. She earned an associate's degree from Medaille College in veterinary technology. She is employed as a veterinary technician at Brockport Animal Hospital.

Christopher is a 2001 graduate of Hilton High School. He earned an associate's degree from Monroe Community College as a paramedic. He is employed by Rural Metro Ambulance Company of Rochester.

A September 2008 wedding is planned.

Lynne M. Gilbert - Frederick A. Shelley

Edward and Joan Gilbert of Geneva, New York and Stephen and Linda Shelley of Hilton are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Lynne M. Gilbert and Frederick A. Shelley.

The bride-to-be attended Geneva High School and William Smith College. She is employed at the University of Rochester.

The future groom attended Hilton High School and Alfred State College. He is employed at Shelley Associates in Ontario, New York.

Their wedding is planned for June 2007.

Quimby - Kincaid

Michelle Quimby and Christopher Kincaid were united in marriage November 11, 2006 at St. Mary's Church, Scottsville.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Susan Quimby of Chili. The groom is the son of Dale and Cathy Kincaid of Hamlin.

The bride was attended by her sisters, Stacey and Ashley Quimby as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were April Belardino, Jennifer Miller and Stephanie Kincaid. Sierra Belardino acted as flower girl.

Tony and Carmen Gondoli served as best men. Ushers were Steve Brown, Steve Izard and Zach Miller. Nicholas Miller was ring bearer.

The bride is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor of fine arts degree and is employed as banquet manager of the Hyatt Regency.

The groom is a conservation law student at Finger Lakes Community College and is employed at Erdle Perforation.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Hawaii and reside in Chili.

Amelia Mest and Thomas Reeverts were united in marriage April 7, 2007.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Jeanne Mest of Strykersville, New York. The groom is the son of James and Karen Reeverts of Churchville.

Amy is a graduate of Attica Central School and Roberts Wesleyan College. She is employed as a teacher at Letchworth High School.

Tom is a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School and Roberts Wesleyan College. He is employed as a teacher at the Aquinas Institute, Rochester.

Colleen Flaherty - Joseph Stephens Jr.

John and Catherine Flaherty of Hamlin proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Colleen to Joseph Stephens Jr. Joe is the son of Joseph and Lisa Stephens of Kendall.
