Rachel Brisson - Michael Hare

The families of Rachel Brisson and Michael Hare are pleased to announce their engagement. Rachel is the daughter of Claude Brisson of Bergen and Sherri Brisson of Hilton. Michael is the son of Jim and Barb Hare of Hilton.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Hilton Central School and a 2004 graduate of SUNY Brockport. She is a registered nurse at Park Ridge Hospital.

The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Hilton Central School and is a student at Monroe Community College. He is employed at Monroe Ambulance and Lakeshore Fire Department.

An August 29, 2004 wedding is planned.

Kimberly Aldridge - Christopher Phelps

Jeannie and Robert Aldridge of Chase Mills and Mary and David Phelps of Ogden announce the engagement of their children Kimberly and Christopher.

Christopher is a 2000 graduate of Churchville-Chili High School. He received a degree in elementary education from SUNY Potsdam in May 2004.

Kimberly is a 2000 graduate of the Madrid-Waddington Central Schools. She received her degree in secondary education of English from Potsdam in May 2004.

An October 2, 2004 wedding is planned.

Rachelle M. Bogart - Brian R. Bricks

The engagement of Rachelle M. Bogart and Brian R. Bricks has been announced. Rachelle is the daughter of Patricia Bogart of Sarasota, Florida and the late Dean Bogart. Brian is the son of Margie and Bob Bricks of Spencerport.

Rachelle is a graduate of Carlsbad High School, Carlsbad, California and a 2001 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. She is an esthetician/medical assistant for a reconstructive cosmetic surgeon.

Brian is a graduate of Spencerport High School and attended Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a golf course superintendent.

Their wedding is planned for December 5, 2004.

Sarah K. Hicks - Robert J. Leivers

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hicks of Spencerport are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah K. to Robert J. Leivers. Rob is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Haberberger of Indiantown, Florida and Philip Leivers of Sheffield, England.

Sarah is a 1998 graduate of Spencerport High School and received her bachelor of science degree from Mansfield University. Born in Ohio, her fiancé was raised in France and England and graduated from the Sir Henry Floyd School in Aylesburg, England.

As soldiers in the U.S. Army, they met at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. Since graduation, they are training at Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas. Sarah and Rob will be stationed in Korea as cryptologic linguists later this year.

No date has been set for their wedding.

Ratigan - Sexton

Noreen Ratigan and Jason Sexton were united in marriage May 28, 2004 at St. Rita's Church, Webster.

The bride is the daughter of Hugh and Norma Ratigan of Hilton. The groom is the son of Howard and Eleanor Sexton of Honeoye Falls.

Lorrie McLaughlin, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Jessica Sexton, Kelly Leckowksi, Patti Breen and Adele Mockevicius acted as bridesmaids. Olivia Doerr was the flower girl.

The best man was Howard Sexton, brother of the groom. Scott Petrie, William McLaughlin, Tom Sigl and Tim Farron served as ushers. Conner Doerr was the ring bearer.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of Hilton High School and received her master's degree in elementary education from SUNY Brockport. She teaches art 1-5 at Klem North in Webster.

The groom is a graduate of Honeoye Falls-Lima High School, and is pursuing a degree in computer networking at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is employed by Southco Inc., Honeoye Falls.

The newlyweds honeymooned in the Canadian Rockies and reside in Webster.

Mary Ellen Uschold - Michael Cammilleri

Ruth and Thomas Uschold of Spencerport announce the engagement of their daughter Mary Ellen to Michael Cammilleri. Michael is the son of Michael and Kathleen Cammilleri of Spencerport.

Mary Ellen is a 2001 graduate of Spencerport High School. She graduated from Niagara University in May. This fall she will be employed by Denver Public Schools.

Michael is a 1999 graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School, and graduated from Niagara University in 2003. He will be employed by Denver Public Schools in the fall.

A winter wedding is planned.

Graham - Honan

Rebecca L. Graham and Thomas M. Honan were united in marriage Saturday, May 22, 2004 at St. Agnes Church, Avon.

Rebecca is the daughter of Mary Ellen and Bill Graham of Avon. Thomas is the son of Cheryl and Al Honan of Spencerport.

Honor attendants for the couple were Meagan and Martha Graham and Larry Buscemi.

Rebecca is an account manager for Genesee Wyoming Railroad. Thomas is a service team leader for Wegmans Food Markets.

The couple honeymooned in Mexico. They reside in Avon.

Carrie S. Lind - Colin Alverson

Conrad and Arlene Lind of Spencerport announce the engagement of their daughter Carrie S. to Colin Alverson of Tully. Colin is the son of Michael and Linda Alverson of Charlton, New York.

Carrie graduated from Hudson Valley College in Troy with a degree in radiologic technology. She is employed at CNY Diagnostic Imaging in Syracuse.

Colin graduated from Alfred University in Alfred with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed at E-one in Preble.

A September 2004 wedding is planned.

Jennifer L. Crowe - Kenneth A. Tate

Amy Crowe of Brockport is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter Jennifer L. to Ken A. Tate. Ken is the son of Robert and Sharon Tate of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina.

Jennifer and Ken are both graduates of Brockport High School. Jennifer graduated from Ithaca College in 2001 and is a Wish Coordinator for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida. Ken graduated from Mississippi State University and is working at Fort Lauderdale Country Club as a Class A PGA Professional.

Their wedding is planned for October 16, 2004.

Brown - Alexander

Carrie Brown and Karl Alexander were joined in marriage Saturday, May 29, 2004 at the Brockport United Methodist Church.

Carrie is the daughter of Alton and Mabel Brown of Clarkson. Karl is the son of Rick and Yvonne Alexander of Hamlin.

The maid of honor was Holly Doty. The bridesmaids were Tracey Taylor and Alyson Drake. Liliana Stam acted as flower girl.

The best man was James Earl. Scott Melville and Chris Brown served as groomsmen. The ring bearer was Zachary Alexander.

Carrie and Karl are 2000 graduates of Brockport High School and 2004 graduates of Nazareth College, cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively. The couple resides in Lexington, Kentucky, where they will attend graduate school at the University of Kentucky, pursuing doctoral degrees in counseling psychology and history.
