Angela Ryerse - D.J. Colt

Diane and Butch Rypma of Spencerport and Dale Ryerse of Florida are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Angela Ryerse to D.J. Colt. D.J. is the son of David and Linda Colt of Gates.

Angela and D.J. are graduates of Spencerport High School. Angela is also a graduate of SUNY Brockport.

A July 2007 wedding is planned.

Tice - Steiger

Stephanie A. Tice and Scott M. Steiger were married May 27, 2006, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Stephanie is the daughter of Louella Tice of Portland, Texas and Jimmy D. Tice, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas. Scott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Steiger of Hilton.

Pam Burt was the maid of honor and Shari Odins was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Cambray, Jennifer Ranly, Shelle Kubisiak and Christine Hoffman. Olivia and Macy Hoffman were flower girls.

Charles Steiger, father of the groom, was the best man. Timothy Santo, Brad Goldowsky, Timothy Thomas, Jimmy Tice III, and Michael Hoffman served as groomsmen.

Stephanie graduated from Gregory-Portland High School and received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas.

Scott graduated from Hilton High School and received a bachelor of science degree in meteorology from SUNY Oswego. He received his master's and Ph.D. in atmospheric science from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Scott is an assistant professor of meteorology at SUNY Oswego.

The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and reside in Oswego, New York.

Carrie E. Loomis - Aaron J. Flemming

Dale and Susan Loomis of Niles, Ohio joyfully announce the engagement of their daughter Carrie E. to Aaron J. "A.J." Flemming, son of Ronald and Judith Flemming of Brockport.

The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, graduated from Penn State University with a degree in physical therapy assistance and is attending Youngstown State University to complete her B.S. degree in allied health. She is employed at St. Elizabeth Hospital as a P.T.A. She is also employed at R. Ski Ranch in Austintown, Ohio as soft goods manager and Holimont Ski Resort in Ellicottville, as a race coach.

Her fiancé is a 1989 graduate of Brockport High School. He graduated from Monroe Community College with an associate's degree in physical education and State University of New York at Brockport with a bachelor's degree in recreation management. He completed his Journeyman education with Sheetmetal Workers International Association. He is employed at Tim's Heating and Plumbing, Kane, Pennsylvania. He is also employed as a race coach at Holimont Ski Resort.

A May 2007 wedding is planned.

Reynolds - Springer

Dr. Renee Reynolds and Michael Springer were married June 10, 2006 at Nativity of Our Lord Church in Orchard Park, New York.

The bride is the daughter of John and Nancy Reynolds of West Seneca. The groom is the son of Dennis Springer of Rochester and Susan Springer of Spencerport.

The bride is a graduate of West Seneca High School, University of Rochester and New York Upstate Medical University, Syracuse. She will begin a residency in neurosurgery at Duke University Hospital.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Spencerport High School and the University of Rochester, where he received a master's degree in biomedical engineering.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They reside in Durham, North Carolina.

Bartley - Collins

Allison E. Bartley and Eric P. Collins were married July 8, 2006 at Sacred Heart Church, Newton, Massachusetts.

The bride is the daughter of Ed and Sharon Bartley of Newton, Massachusetts. Parents of the groom are Bob and Theresa Collins of Spencerport.

The matron of honor was Erin Baker. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Lupien and Lynn Chosiad.

Mike O'Malley was best man. Tom Green, Bruce Cartier, Dan Collins and Christopher Bartley served as groomsmen.

The bride and groom are math teachers at Riverside High School in Durham, North Carolina. The groom is a 1987 graduate of Spencerport High School.

The couple honeymooned at the Maya Riviera, Mexico and reside in Durham, North Carolina.

Fishbaugh - Odrzywolski

Kelly Fishbaugh and Christopher Odrzywolski were united in marriage March 4, 2006 at The Batavia Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of Kurt and Cheryl Fishbaugh of Holley. The groom is the son of David and Kathy Odrzywolski of Clarkson.

The matron of honor was Jennifer Thomas. Lindsay Fishbaugh was the bridesmaid. Dan Odrzywolski served as best man and Steve Rice acted as groomsman.

Kelly, a Holley High School graduate, has a degree in criminal justice from SUNY Brockport. She is employed by Lifetime Assistance.

Christopher, a Spencerport High School graduate, has a degree in computer science from SUNY Brockport and works as a computer programmer for Wegmans.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Hershey, Pennsylvania and reside in Hilton.

Laurie Sawicki - Jesse Edmond

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Sawicki of Parma are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Laurie to Jesse Edmond. Jesse is the son of Ellen Camella of Rochester.

Laurie is a 1993 graduate of Spencerport High School. She attended Finger Lakes Community College and the New York State Institute of Massage. She is the owner of Massage by Laura in Spencerport.

Jesse graduated from Webster High School in 1994 and attended Finger Lakes Community College. He is employed at Xerox Corporation, Webster.

Their wedding is planned for October 28, 2006.

Gurnett - Busse

Katherine Gurnett and Lt. Jr. Grade Matthew Busse were united in marriage June 17, 2006 at the First Congregational Church of Spencerport.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Mary Gurnett of Spencerport. The groom is the son of Wayne and Doreen Busse of Peekskill, New York.

Maid of honor was Molly Gurnett. Bridesmaids were Nicole Rhinewald, Jeanne Lynch, Melissa Arms-Moravan and Christine Cooper. Audrey Foos was the flower girl.

Best man was Christopher Busse. Tom Gurnett, Gavin Clikeman, Maxwell Cooper, James Chickering and Delwin Guiao served as groomsmen. Junior groomsmen were John Olmsted and Thomas Foos and Tim Olmsted acted as ringbearer.

Kate is a 2000 graduate of Spencerport High School. Matt is a 2000 graduate of Peekskill High School. They are 2004 graduates of the University of Rochester.

After a honeymoon in the Mediterranean, the couple will reside in San Diego, California where Lt. Busse will serve on the USS Ronald Reagan Aircraft Carrier.

Paladino - Dombkowski

Karen E. Paladino and Christopher J. Dombkowski were married December 9, 2005 at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, Churchville.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Rodgers of Rochester and David and Tracey Paladino of Brockport. The groom is the son of James and Liz Dombkowski of Spencerport.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Spencerport High School and a 2005 graduate of Gannon University. She is a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she is a registered nurse.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Spencerport High School and a 2005 graduate of Gannon University, having obtained his degree in elementary and special education. He is the assistant director of the Child Activities Center on the USAF Academy base.

The couple honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica. They reside on base in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Jocelyn E. Rutter - Craig T. Danieluk

William and Phyllis Rutter of Spencerport proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Jocelyn E. to Craig T. Danieluk, son of Dennis and Rosemary Danieluk of Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

The bride-to-be, a 2000 graduate of Spencerport High School, received her bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education from SUNY Geneseo in 2004 and a master's degree in special education from the College at St. Rose, Albany, in 2005. Jocelyn is an elementary special education teacher for Yonkers Public Schools, Yonkers, New York.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Holy Ghost Prep in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and received a bachelor of arts degree in business finance from St. Bonaventure University in 2002. Craig is a training manager for Fremont Investment and Loan in Elmsford, New York and is pursuing his MBA at Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

A July 2007 wedding is planned.

Kimberly Musson - Jesús Pastraña

Michael and Susan Musson of Spencerport are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly to Jesús Pastraña of Acapulco, Mexico and Rochester. Jesús is the son of Petra Hernandez-Radilla of Acapulco and the late Jesús Pastraña.

Kimberly is pursuing a nursing degree and Jesús is an independent contractor.
